Thanksgiving: a day full of celebration, time spent with loved ones, and copious amounts of delicious food. Traditionally, people get together around a dinner table to share a meal and reflect on what they are thankful for. While we may not all be celebrating in person this year, we can still celebrate everything that we have in our lives and remember to give thanks for our health and happiness.
Here at F45 Training, we are especially thankful this Thanksgiving for the ability to move our bodies and indulge in delicious food with our friends and family. We firmly believe that while you don’t have to ‘earn’ your food, a pre-feast sweat is great to get the heart pumping and adrenaline flowing.
We encourage you to get out and try to attend an F45 class to get your adrenaline going before you enjoy the festivities. You will thank yourself when you feel highly energized and ready to take on this holiday!
Interested in working out before your Thanksgiving meal, but are stuck at home with the family? No worries! Try this quick workout that will torch calories and give you the sweat you're looking for:
